WELCOME

A quiet house on the busiest square in Gozo

Silver Jubilee sits on Xagħra Square, where the village keeps its rhythm: morning bread, afternoon shade, the bells of the basilica. Behind its façade the house opens into a double-height living floor of exposed Gozitan stone, a floating oak staircase and a kitchen made for cooking together.

Two bedrooms, three bathrooms and a roof terrace with the finest view in the village — close enough to walk to Ġgantija, far enough to hear nothing but swallows at dusk.

Living room with exposed stone wall at Silver Jubilee House, Xagħra, Gozo

Silver Jubilee sits on Xagħra Square, where the village keeps its rhythm: morning bread, afternoon shade, the bells of the basilica. Behind its façade the house opens into a double-height living floor of exposed Gozitan stone, a floating oak staircase and a kitchen made for cooking together.

Two bedrooms, three bathrooms and a roof terrace with the finest view in the village — close enough to walk to Ġgantija, far enough to hear nothing but swallows at dusk.

Facing the basilica

Balconies and a roof terrace that look straight onto the Basilica of the Nativity of Our Lady and the village square.

Restored with character

Original limestone walls and beamed ceilings kept intact, paired with a floating oak staircase and contemporary finishes.

Room for everyone

2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an open-plan living floor made for long, unhurried dinners.

THE ROOF TERRACE

Dinner beneath the basilica

The stairway climbs past the bedrooms to a private terrace that looks straight at the towers of the Basilica of the Nativity of Our Lady. It is where the day begins with coffee and ends with a bottle of Gozitan white, the square glowing below.
